Role Description
This full-time on-site role of Head of Operations is based in Chandigarh. The Head of Operations will oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with the company's long-term objectives. Responsibilities include managing operational workflows, optimizing processes to ensure efficiency, preparing and monitoring departmental budgets, and managing cross-functional teams. The role also involves analyzing performance data, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies to achieve company goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and experience in establishing and maintaining efficient workflows
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and implement effective operational strategies
- Team Management and leadership abilities to motivate and guide diverse teams
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders and present strategic decisions
- Experience in Budgeting and financial management to optimize resources
- Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively
- Prior experience in managing operations in training, education, or similar sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
