🔎 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Operation Head to lead and govern our manufacturing unit at Gandhidham.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of plant operations and cross-functional governance of Sales, Marketing, HR, Admin, and Payroll at location level.
The selected candidate will be the senior-most authority at the unit, responsible for overall business performance, operational discipline, and seamless factory functioning.
