Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for the Head of Operations, located in Palwal. The Head of Operations will oversee and manage the organization’s daily operations, streamlining processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include implementing strategic operational plans, managing budgets, leading and mentoring teams, analyzing business performance, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Additionally, the role involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and Budgeting to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and develop strategic solutions.
- Team Management experience with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and manage multiple priorities.
- Solid understanding of business and financial principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies to support operational activities is desirable.
