Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Head of Operations. The role involves overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the company, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. Responsibilities include managing budgets, streamlining processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies for workflow improvement. The Head of Operations will also collaborate closely with leadership to align operations with organizational goals and support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management with a focus on optimizing efficiency and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, performance metrics, and developing data-driven solutions
- Proven ability in Team Management, including mentoring, leadership, and fostering a positive work culture
- Exceptional Communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and leadership effectively
- Experience in Budgeting to monitor and optimize operational expenditures and allocate resources effectively
- Relevant experience in high-precision industries such as aerospace, defense, or manufacturing is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
