Role Description

The Head of Operations will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, driving efficiency and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring teams, optimizing workflows, designing operational strategies, and ensuring budgetary compliance. The role also involves developing and implementing process improvements while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Operations Management and experience with improving operational efficiency.
• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing performance metrics and solving complex challenges.
• Proven Team Management skills, including leadership and staff development.
• Strong Communication abilities to ensure alignment among stakeholders and teams.
• Experience in Budgeting, including cost-analysis and financial forecasting.
• Understanding of media, broadcasting, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
