Job Title: Sales & Operations Head - India

Job Summary:
The Operations Head is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, Sales & Business Development of the organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments. This role focuses on strategic planning, process improvement, cost control, and team leadership to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end business operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- RFQ evaluation, techno-commercial proposals, and contract negotiations
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals
- Acting as an MR for AS9120B and making sure to maintain all the compliance requirements of AS9120B
- Finalising the strategy and getting the authorised distribution from the OEM’s to add the catalogues to company
- Responsible for all India sales of 18 - 20M$
- Monitor performance metrics and improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Establish policies, SOPs, and best practices for operational excellence
- Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions
- Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes
- Responsible for setting up new business units / branches across India
- Ensuring 100% OTD to all the customers of the company
- Responsible for all the departments Sales, Operations, Quality, Warehouse, Stores, Logistics, Business development, Finance & Accounting
- Ensuring of hiring , training and development of team to keep the company expectations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
Experience:
- 15–20 years of experience in operations management
- Proven experience in leadership roles
- Industry-specific experience (if applicable) is an advantage
