Role Description
We are seeking a Head of Operations for a full-time on-site role at our Bengaluru office. The Head of Operations will oversee daily operations to enhance efficiency, develop and implement operational policies, manage teams to ensure performance targets are achieved, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include leading operational strategy, monitoring budgets, analyzing key performance metrics, managing resources, optimizing workflows, and ensuring client satisfaction through seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and Budgeting to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, optimize operations, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Experience in Team Management and Communication to motivate team members, foster collaboration, and achieve organizational goals.
- Ability to create and implement strategic plans that align with company objectives.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and best practices in facility management is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are an advantage.
- Proven track record of leadership, innovation, and delivering results in operational excellence, preferably in the facilities management industry.
