Hiring: Operations Head, Indore, Full Time
Not looking for a manager who only gives updates.
Looking for someone who can take control of operations.
At LivingBasics, you will handle the core of the business:
inventory, warehouse, dispatch, inward, vendor follow-up, team discipline, and daily execution.
You should apply if you:
• have handled eCommerce or warehouse operations
• understand stock movement and inventory control
• can prevent chaos before it happens
• know how to push teams for closure
• can build systems, not only firefight
• are strong in Excel, reporting, and follow-ups
You will be responsible for:
• stock planning and replenishment follow-up
• warehouse and dispatch operations
• inward, returns, and inventory accuracy
• vendor coordination
• daily MIS and operational reporting
• SOP implementation and accountability across teams
Location: Indore
Full-time, On-site
This role needs ownership, speed, and discipline.
