🚀 We're Hiring | Head of Operations | Gurugram
At Jiffy World, we're looking for a dynamic, hands-on, and execution-focused Head of Operations to lead and scale our eCommerce logistics operations.
We're seeking a professional who understands the complexities of First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile operations, can build strong partnerships, drive process excellence, and create a culture of accountability and customer obsession.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Managing end-to-end B2B & B2C logistics operations
• Ability to build and strengthen carrier, vendor, and partner relationships
• Designing and implementing SOPs, operational frameworks, and service standards
• Ability to create data-driven KPIs and analytics to ensure customer excellence
• Driving operational excellence through analytics, MIS, and performance monitoring
• Leading, hiring, training, and motivating teams to achieve ambitious business goals
• Collaborating across departments to improve customer experience and business outcomes
• Identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and scalable growth
🔹 You Must Have
• Strong experience in eCommerce logistics and supply chain operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership capabilities with a passion for building high-performing teams
• Someone who challenges conventional thinking and brings innovative ideas to the table
