Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations / Project Execution to lead the planning and execution of our solar infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will drive project delivery from initiation to commissioning, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution and site operations.
- Prepare and manage project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, timelines, and project risks.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, government authorities, and internal teams.
- Ensure statutory approvals, quality standards, and HSE compliance.
- Drive procurement planning, project reporting, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Leadership teams.
- Visit project sites as required to monitor execution.

Preferred Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in Renewable Energy, Solar, EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, or Industrial Projects.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline). MBA or PMP certification is an added advantage.
