Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Operations Leader to spearhead end-to-end delivery, growth, and operational excellence across multi-location delivery centers. The role requires strong leadership in large-scale operations, stakeholder and vendor management, P&L ownership, process transformation, and driving growth through new logos, POCs, and account expansion across high-impact domains such as AI/ML, GenAI, Trust & Safety, Financial Services, eCommerce, and Computer Vision.
Key Responsibilities:-
Operations & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end operations across multiple delivery centers and geographies, ensuring consistent service quality and operational excellence.
- Own delivery governance including SLA/KPI framework definition, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Drive operational scalability while ensuring cost optimization, risk mitigation, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Manage high-volume operations (millions of transactions/documents annually) with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
Growth & Revenue Management
- Own and grow large enterprise accounts with full P&L responsibility.
- Partner with Sales, Presales, and Practice teams to convert leads into deals through solutioning, POCs, and onboarding of new logos.
- Actively support product roadmap and go-to-market strategies to build new revenue streams and profit centers.
- Identify opportunities for account mining, cross-sell, and upsell across existing clients.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build and sustain senior-level client relationships, acting as an escalation point for critical issues.
- Lead customer governance forums, reviews, renewals, and contract discussions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by proactively identifying risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Vendor Management
- Own end-to-end vendor strategy including selection, onboarding, performance management, renewals, and risk management.
- Ensure vendors meet delivery benchmarks on quality, cost, scalability, and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives across vendor operations.
People Leadership
- Lead and inspire large, diverse teams across functions and locations (Associate to Senior Leadership levels).
- Oversee workforce planning, hiring, training, ramp-up, and capability building aligned with business growth.
- Design and implement performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
- Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture with strong employee morale and retention.
Process Excellence & Transformation
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives to optimize processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Lead large-scale transformation projects including process reengineering, technology adoption, and AI-led solutions.
- Monitor operational metrics, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree required; MBA/PGMP or equivalent preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) certification preferred.
- 18+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership roles within BPO, IT/ITeS, AI services, or consulting environments.
- Proven experience managing multi-geo operations and global customers.
