Role Description
This is a contract position for the role of Head of Operations, based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some remote work flexibility. The Head of Operations will oversee the end-to-end management of operational processes, implement strategies to optimize performance and efficiency, and manage budgets. This role will require leading and mentoring teams, analyzing operational data for insights, and ensuring alignment with company sustainability values and strategic objectives. Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth transitions and execution of projects is integral to the position.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and Budgeting
- Proven Team Management and Communication skills
- Analytical skills to evaluate operational data and develop strategies
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid working environment
- Experience in sustainability-focused business operations is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
