We're Hiring: Head of Operations – VelaMove
VelaMove, an innovative smart transport and logistics platform operated by ASUREMART PRIVATE LIMITED, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead and scale our logistics operations.
Location: Tamil Nadu (Preferred)
Role: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Partner Management team
• Oversee Sales & Marketing operational coordination
• Partner onboarding, verification & compliance
• SLA monitoring and enforcement
• Trip lifecycle oversight (Booking → Pickup → Delivery)
• Dispute escalation handling and resolution
• Operational SOP implementation and process improvement
• Ensure service quality and operational efficiency
• Monitor daily logistics performance metrics
• Build scalable operations for multi-city expansion
Requirements:
• Experience in logistics / mobility / delivery operations preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle partner ecosystem (drivers / transporters)
• Experience in SLA and operations monitoring
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Startup experience is a plus
