Role Description
The Operations Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end operations of 50+ retail stores, ensuring smooth daily functioning, compliance, and operational efficiency across all branches. The role involves close coordination with Operations Managers, Admin, Legal, and Support teams to address all branch-related matters.
Qualifications
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of multiple retail branches to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Drive sales performance across all branches, ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and policies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor branch-wise sales, productivity, profitability, and customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Branch Managers, Operations Managers.
- Ensure standardization of processes across branches for operations, sales, and customer service.
- Resolve escalations related to customers, staff, and operations in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and retail best practices.
- Drive training and performance improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity.
