Head of Operations & Student Success | Goa
We're looking for a dynamic Head of Operations & Student Success to join a growing education-focused nonprofit organization in Goa.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead student engagement and success initiatives
✅ Oversee day-to-day operations and drive organizational excellence
✅ Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
✅ Develop systems, processes, dashboards, and performance metrics
✅ Collaborate with educators to create impactful learning experiences
✅ Build partnerships with employers, mentors, volunteers, and community stakeholders
✅ Support fundraising, donor engagement, and organizational sustainability initiatives
We're Looking For:
✔ 3–6 years of professional experience
✔ Minimum 2 years in a leadership or team management role
✔ Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills
✔ A strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
✔ Passion for education, social impact, and building high-performing teams
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Operations, Education, Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
📍 Location: Aldona, Goa (Candidates from across India willing to relocate are welcome.)
