About the role
We're looking for an Operations Lead to become the operational backbone of the company. Fully remote. You'd be the founder's right hand — hyper organized, proactive, and genuinely great at just getting things done without needing to be told how.
This is not an assistant role. You'd own operations end-to-end, figure things out on your own, and take as much off the founder's plate as you can.

We run IRL & online AI events in SF, NYC, London, and beyond. 50K+ builders in our community. Partners include companies like AWS, Google DeepMind, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Lovable and many more.
What you'd do
→ Own event logistics end-to
→ Coordinate/Manage on-the-ground event runners in SF, NYC, London
→ Set up/ maintain our operational systems — Notion, CRM, trackers, playbooks etc
→ Be the coordination layer for the whole team
→ Turn recurring chaos into repeatable processes
→ If something needs to get done and nobody owns it — you do
Who this is perfect for
→ Someone with 2+ years in ops, project management, or chief of staff-type roles — ideally at a startup, agency etc
→ You're hyper organized and your instinct when you see mess is to fix it
→ You communicate proactively — you flag problems early and come up with solutions
→ You're comfortable with ambiguity and don't need hand-holding
→ Strong English
