Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the Head of Offline Business. The role involves strategizing, implementing, and overseeing offline sales and distribution channels. Key responsibilities include managing retail partnerships, leading a high-performing sales team, analyzing regional market trends, ensuring outstanding customer service, and achieving offline revenue goals. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand vision.
Qualifications
- Proven Analytical Skills and experience with data interpretation and decision-making processes
- Strong Finance skills to manage budgets, forecasts, and achieve sales targets effectively
- Team Management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships
- Extensive expertise in Sales, with a proven track record in achieving targets and expanding market presence
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience in the cookware or consumer goods industry is a strong advantage
- Must have worked with Retail chains, Distributors, Horeca.
