This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Nursing. The Head of Nursing will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, manage nursing staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance patient care, mentoring the nursing team, driving quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating closely with mental health and medical professionals to provide holistic care. - Expertise in Nursing and the ability to lead and manage nursing staff effectivel
