We're hiring a Head of Merchandising at Indicut, Surat.
100+ new styles every month. Women's ethnicwear. And a merchandising department waiting for a leader to build it their way.
Indicut is a fast-growing women's ethnicwear (kurti) manufacturing company in Surat, supplying corporate and wholesale buyers across India. We're transforming a traditional factory into a system-driven, professionally managed operation β and merchandising is the engine of that transformation.
π§π΅π² πΏπΌπΉπ²:
You'll own the complete material journey β from sample approval to floor-ready β and lead our merchandising team across fabric, embroidery and production merchandising.
β Material planning & fabric sourcing for 100+ styles/month
β Value-addition management β embroidery, printing, dyeing job work
β Style-wise TNA and on-time material feeding to the production floor
β Garment costing and margin control
β Building the team, trackers and data systems that run the department
You report directly to ownership. Decisions in days, not committees.
πͺπ΅πΌ ππ²'πΏπ² πΉπΌπΌπΈπΆπ»π΄ π³πΌπΏ:
β 6β8 years in apparel merchandising, factory-side (manufacturer) experience essential
β High-SKU womenswear background β ethnicwear / kurtis / domestic fast fashion preferred
β Strong on costing, consumption, TNA and value-addition processes
β Comfortable building and running trackers, MIS and Excel/Sheets-based systems
β Ready to step into your first leadership seat β with real authority to build
π Location: Hojiwala Industrial Estate, Sachin, Surat (on-site)
