Key Responsibilities:
- Overall clinical leadership for OBG, Pediatrics, NICU, and allied departments
- Develop clinical protocols, SOPs, and ensure quality & patient safety
- Doctor recruitment, credentialing, performance appraisal, and grievance handling
- NABH/NABL compliance, audits, infection control, and medico-legal matters
- Drive clinical excellence, reduce ALOS, infection rates, and improve outcomes
- Represent hospital in medical forums and with external bodies
Qualification:
MBBS + MD/MS in OBG/Paediatrics/General Medicine. MBA in Hospital Administration preferred.
Experience:1
0+ years clinical + 5 years in leadership role
