About Kisah
Kisah is one of India's fastest-growing men's occasion wear brands, redefining ethnic fashion for the next generation. With a strong presence across D2C, retail, and leading online marketplaces, we're now expanding our marketplace business across India and global markets.
We're looking for an experienced Head of Marketplace to lead and scale our marketplace business, drive profitable growth, and expand our presence across domestic and international e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end growth strategy for marketplace channels across India and international markets.
- Drive revenue growth while ensuring healthy profitability and operational excellence.
- Manage relationships with key marketplace partners such as Myntra, Amazon, and other leading platforms.
- Optimize product listings, catalog quality, pricing, promotions, and visibility.
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, festive launches, and promotional events.
- Monitor marketplace performance, inventory health, customer experience, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product.
- Identify and launch new marketplace opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Build dashboards and use data-driven insights to improve business performance.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketplace team.
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in Marketplace/E-commerce business, preferably in Fashion, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands.
- Strong experience managing marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of scaling marketplace business and driving sustainable growth.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalog management, pricing strategy, promotions, and digital merchandising.
- Experience managing marketplace advertising and performance marketing is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in international marketplaces or cross-border commerce will be an added advantage.
