Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Marketing Department, based in Kozhikode. The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing team, develop and implement strategic marketing plans, conduct comprehensive market research, manage marketing budgets, and drive sales outcomes. Responsibilities include overseeing public relations efforts, strengthening brand presence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Market Planning, including creating and executing strategic marketing initiatives
  • Strong experience in Marketing Management and team leadership
  • Expertise in conducting Market Research to understand target audiences, trends, and competitive analysis
  • Proven ability to drive Sales and generate business growth
  • Skills in Public Relations for maintaining brand reputation and managing external communications
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a marketing or business development team is highly desirable
