To lead the organization’s marketing strategy across Broking and Wealth Management businesses, drive scalable client acquisition, strengthen brand positioning, and build a performance-driven marketing engine aligned with business transformation objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition across:
- Demat & Trading Accounts
- Mutual Funds & SIPs
- Bonds, PMS, AIFs
- Improve CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and client activation ratios.
- Develop regional marketing support for branch network.
- Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead digital acquisition strategy (SEO, SEM, social, email, automation).
- Optimize lead funnel and conversion metrics.
- Oversee website positioning and app marketing initiatives.
- Drive marketing analytics dashboard and data-driven decisions.
- Brand Management & Communication
- Develop strong brand narrative and investor communication strategy.
- Ensure all marketing communication complies with guidelines issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
- Manage PR, media relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Oversee investor awareness campaigns and educational initiatives.
- Product & Sales Enablement
- Partner with Business Heads to launch new products and campaigns.
- Create sales enablement materials (presentations, brochures, digital assets).
- Support seasonal and thematic campaigns (IPO, tax-saving, festive investing).
- Team & Vendor Management
- Build and lead internal marketing team.
- Manage creative, digital, and PR agencies.
- Set clear KPIs and performance review mechanisms.
Qualifications
Education details-MBA
Required Skills-10–15 years of marketing experience.
Minimum 5–7 years in Capital Markets / Broking / Wealth / AMC.
Strong exposure to digital and performance marketing.
