🔥 What You’ll Do:
- Own and optimize the growth budget with strategic investment decisions
- Lead end-to-end marketing: organic, paid, SEO, events, brand, content & communications
- Drive performance across the entire funnel — from lead generation to retention & revival
- Identify and test new growth opportunities and innovative strategies
- Collaborate closely with Sales & Leadership to achieve revenue goals
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver impactful business outcomes

- Marketing Strategy & Strategic Business Planning
- Data Analysis & Performance Marketing
- Content & Social Media Marketing
- Brand Building
🎯 Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA (Sales or Marketing specialization preferred)
- 10+ years leading marketing/growth teams
- Proven success in launching new markets
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, CRM, marketing automation platforms
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and adaptability
- Up-to-date with global SaaS growth strategies
