Ready to drive growth and build a strong market presence across multiple high-demand product categories? We’re looking for a Marketing Head with strong strategic vision and execution capability to lead our marketing and sales initiatives and scale our business operations.
Our business operates across FMCG and lifestyle segments, including (Tea – Premix, Personal & Healthcare – Tissue & Laundry Soap Beads, Demi-Fine Jewellery preferred)
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day will be dynamic, but you’ll mostly be:
- Leading and managing overall marketing and sales operations
- Building and strengthening distributor and wholesaler networks
- Driving corporate/B2B sales and expanding key accounts
- Planning and executing marketing strategies to boost revenue growth
- Managing field sales teams and ensuring smooth on-ground execution
- Coordinating inventory flow and stock alignment with internal teams
- Running and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
- Exploring new markets including international expansion opportunities
- Identifying trends, opportunities, and new revenue channels
What we need from you:
- 15–30 years of experience in marketing leadership roles
- Strong background in distribution-driven businesses
- Proven experience in FMCG or retail categories (Tea – Premix, Personal & Healthcare – Tissue & Laundry Soap Beads, Demi-Fine Jewellery preferred)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of B2B, distribution, and multi-channel sales
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
