About the role:
Roundglass Foundation is seeking a passionate and skilled Lead, Marketing (Deptt Head) to join our team. This role is important for our mission by enhancing our visibility and growing our supporter base. This position will work closely with the senior leadership of the Foundation. The Lead Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the marketing strategy for Roundglass Foundation. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing management, particularly within the nonprofit sector. The successful candidate will lead a small team, manage relationships with external partners, and work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication of our mission and programs.
What you’ll do:
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, donor engagement, and fundraising outcomes.
- Oversee marketing activities including digital marketing, social media management, and email campaigns. This role will also work closely with studio team (responsible for creative video content) and also with the PR team.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to create compelling campaigns and materials that drive donor engagement and support.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
- Maintain and develop relationships with media contacts, influencers, and other key stakeholders. • Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the RGF’s brand and messaging guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the charity's marketing efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the nonprofit sector is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Preferred candidate from Marketing Agency.
