🚀 We’re Hiring: Marketing Head
📍 Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
💼 Work Mode: Onsite (6 days WFO)
👨 💻 Experience: 8–15 Years
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives for a fast-growing premium retail brand operating across PAN India. If you have strong expertise in retail marketing, digital growth, branding, and team leadership, this opportunity is for you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall marketing strategy for retail outlets across India
• Drive store footfall through ATL, BTL, and local marketing campaigns
• Ensure premium brand visibility and visual merchandising standards
• Execute store launch campaigns and regional promotions
• Manage digital marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms
• Lead performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and sales conversion
• Oversee CRM campaigns including WhatsApp, SMS, and email marketing
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with Apple and third-party brands
• Manage vendor partnerships, MDF budgets, and promotional activities
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
• Monitor campaign ROI, customer engagement, and market trends
🔹 Desired Candidate Profile:
• MBA in Marketing / Business Management preferred
• 8–15 years of experience in retail or consumer electronics marketing
• Experience handling multi-store retail operations
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience with premium retail brands will be an added advantage
