Owleto Media Labs is looking for a Marketing Head to lead and drive marketing initiatives across our in-house brands and client portfolio.

About the Role
As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end marketing strategies for:
- Owleto’s internal brands like Potafo, Redchef, and upcoming ventures
- External clients leveraging Owleto Media Labs for marketing and media services
You’ll play a key leadership role in shaping brand positioning, driving user acquisition, and scaling revenue through data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
- Lead performance marketing, branding, content, and growth campaigns
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional marketing team
- Collaborate closely with business heads of subsidiaries to align marketing with growth goals
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI across channels
- Build strong brand narratives and market positioning for multiple brands

- Proven experience in leading marketing for startups, agencies, or multi-brand environments
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand strategy
