We're Hiring: Marketing Head | Mumbai
MV Super Alloys Pvt Ltd is a leading importer and stockist of high-performance alloys and stainless steel, specializing in Nickel Alloys such as Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, and more. We serve critical industries including oil & gas, power, petrochemicals, railways, and engineering — backed by strong global mill partnerships, deep technical expertise, and a reputation for reliable supply.
We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Head to drive our growth across allied sectors and build lasting client relationships.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting industries such as pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, specialty chemicals, aerospace, defence, and railways
- Conduct market research to uncover new sectors, applications, and monitor competitor activity
- Track enquiries, leads, and conversion metrics, ensuring timely and effective client follow-ups
- Represent the company at trade fairs, seminars, and industry networking events
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to align marketing efforts with stock availability and supply timelines
- Analyze marketing performance regularly and recommend strategies to improve lead quality and market reach
✅ What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Product knowledge of Nickel Alloys, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel & Mild Steel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals, oil & gas, or aerospace industries
- Familiarity with e-tendering and GeM portal is a plus (not mandatory)
