Compensation: ₹12,00,000 – ₹14,40,000 per annum

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can own, build, and scale the entire marketing ecosystem of the brand.
Role OverviewAs the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and brand growth.
This is a leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across digital, performance, brand, and growth marketing.
You will work directly with the founders and leadership team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership- Develop and execute the overall marketing roadmap
- Define brand positioning and growth strategy
- Own marketing KPIs including leads, CAC, retention, and revenue growth
- Build and manage the marketing team and external agencies
2. Digital & Performance Marketing- Lead paid marketing across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Optimize funnels for acquisition and conversion
- Manage campaign planning, testing, and scaling
- Track analytics and performance dashboards
3. Brand & Content Marketing- Oversee social media strategy and storytelling
- Drive high-impact campaigns, launches, and collaborations
- Build a strong brand voice across all platforms
- Supervise content creation including reels, ads, website, and email marketing
4. Growth & Partnerships- Develop partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing
- Drive community-led growth initiatives
- Support product launches and new revenue channels
5. Marketing Operations- Manage marketing budgets and ROI tracking
- Coordinate with product, sales, and customer success teams
- Implement CRM and marketing automation workflows
Requirements- 6–10+ years of marketing experience
- Proven experience leading brand + performance marketing
- Experience scaling D2C, tech, fitness, wellness, or consumer brands preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with creative thinking ability
- Experience managing teams and agencies
- Founder-level ownership mentality
