*About the Role-*
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Head of Growth & Marketing to lead our customer acquisition, growth, and marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for building and executing the overall marketing roadmap while driving user growth, optimizing acquisition funnels, and improving conversion metrics across paid and organic channels.

* *Growth & Performance Marketing*
- Lead end-to-end growth marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels.
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive scalable growth.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms including Google, Meta, affiliate, influencer, and other acquisition channels.
- Optimize marketing funnels to improve activation, engagement, and conversion rates.
* *Marketing Strategy & Execution*
- Define and own the overall marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Build and implement data-driven marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization initiatives.
* *Analytics & Optimization*
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, attribution models, and customer behavior.
- Track key growth metrics and optimize CAC, activation rates, and conversion efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and business teams to identify growth opportunities and improve user journeys.
* *User Acquisition & Retention*
- Develop strategies to increase funded users and first remittance conversions.
- Improve customer lifecycle performance and optimize retention initiatives.
