Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Head of Marketing located in Pune District. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and developing comprehensive marketing plans. Responsibilities also include leading public relations efforts, collaborating with sales teams to align campaigns, and driving brand awareness for IICAN's services. The candidate will work closely with the leadership team to meet organizational goals and foster strong relationships with stakeholders in the industry.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Market Planning and Market Research
- Proficiency in Marketing Management and leading marketing teams
- Experience in Sales and aligning marketing strategies to drive revenue
- Skills in Public Relations and building brand awareness
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in the wellness, beauty, or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
