Role Description:
Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Real Estate Lead Generation)
We are seeking a high-performing Digital Marketing Manager with a specialized focus on the Real Estate sector. Your primary mission will be to architect and manage a sophisticated lead generation engine that identifies, captures, and nurtures high-intent property buyers and sellers.
The ideal candidate understands that real estate marketing is not just about clicks—it is about high-ticket conversions, hyper-local targeting, and building long-term trust through data-driven strategies.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Lead Acquisition: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) specifically optimized for the real estate sales cycle.
Hyper-Local SEO: Lead the organic strategy to dominate local search results for key neighborhoods, including Google Business Profile optimization and local content clusters.
Paid Media Management: Manage significant ad spends on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Forms and Google Search/Display, focusing on high-intent keywords and "likely to move" behavioral targeting.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Build and A/B test high-converting landing pages, instant forms, and property-specific microsites.
Performance Reporting: Create advanced Excel-based dashboards that track CPL (Cost Per Lead), lead quality, and ROAS, providing clear visibility into the marketing funnel.
CRM & Automation: Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are seamlessly integrated into the CRM and nurtured via automated email/SMS drip campaigns.
Technical Requirements & Expertise:
Expertise Area: Real Estate Focus
Meta Ads: Mastery of Lead Gen forms, Catalog ads for property listings, and Lookalike audiences based on high-value buyers.
Google Ads: Expertise in Search ads for specific property types and Performance Max for visual reach.
SEO: Deep knowledge of On-page, Technical SEO, and Content Gap Analysis, local schema markup, and backlink building.
SMO: Ability to leverage social platforms for brand authority and viral engagement.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage significant monthly spends, ensuring every dollar is attributed and driving a positive ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Site Architecture: Develop and deploy sleek 1–2 page WordPress websites (Landing Pages/Micro-sites) from scratch.
Analytics & Reporting: Translate complex data into actionable insights for the executive team using excel report or tools like GA4, Looker Studio, or SEMrush.
Qualifications:
Industry Experience: 5+ years in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years specifically in Real Estate lead generation.
Proven Success: A track record of generating high-volume, high-quality leads for residential or commercial projects.
Leadership: Experience managing internal teams to hit deadlines.
