Role Overview
Fraganote is building a modern, accessible luxury fragrance brand.
We are looking for a Marketing Head who can build desire through design, storytelling, and
campaigns — someone who can transform the brand into a distinct, aspirational, and highly
recognizable brand world.
This is a creative-first leadership role. You will define how Fraganote looks, feels, and shows up
across every touchpoint.
Brand Identity & Design Language
Define and evolve visual identity and brand codes. Ensure consistency and premium output across all touchpoints.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Lead high-impact campaigns. Shift from always-on posting to campaign-led storytelling.
Content Direction & Creative Control
Replace random UGC with curated, brand-led content. Build a signature content style.
Storytelling & Narrative Development
Craft strong narratives around mood, identity, and aspiration.
Social Media as a Brand Platform
Build a cohesive, high-recall social presence focused on aspiration.
Creative Production & Art Direction
Lead shoots and creative production with premium quality output.
Retention (Content-Led Approach)
Build editorial-style communication across email and WhatsApp.
Collaboration with Growth Team
Ensure brand consistency across performance channels.
Team Leadership
Lead creative teams and maintain high standards of taste and execution.
What Success Looks Like
Distinct brand identity, strong recall, premium perception, and aspirational positioning.
Who You Are
6–12 years experience in brand/creative roles. Strong sense of design, storytelling, and luxury
positioning.
Non-Negotiables
Quality over volume. Consistency and restraint. Strong brand judgment.
