Job Title - Head of Marketing
Location - Malad
Budget - 20-26 LPA
Industry - Travel Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing strategies (ATL & BTL) aligned with business goals
- Lead brand positioning, visibility, and awareness campaigns across multiple channels
- Drive ATL initiatives including print, outdoor, radio, and media planning
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and partnerships
- Strengthen B2B marketing strategy to drive lead generation and partner acquisition
- Manage agency relationships, media buying, and vendor partnerships
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on business objectives
- Track and optimize campaign performance, budgets, and ROI
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team
Key Requirements:
- 10–12 years of marketing experience, with 6–7 years in leadership roles
- Strong exposure to B2B travel / hospitality industry
- Proven expertise in 360° marketing and ATL campaigns
- Experience in brand building, media planning, and campaign execution
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on ROI and performance metrics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in travel aggregators, DMCs, or B2B travel platforms
- Understanding of digital & performance marketing (added advantage)
- Strong network with media agencies and industry partners
