Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the end-to-end marketing function for our cloud computing and AI infrastructure business.
This role will be responsible for building and scaling a high-impact marketing organization, strengthening brand leadership in the cloud and AI ecosystem, and driving predictable, scalable demand across enterprise, startup, and developer segments.
The ideal candidate would be someone with a strong deep-tech orientation rather than a traditional marketing background. The expectation is that the candidate should be 70–80% technically inclined, with a solid understanding of areas such as LLMs, model training, fine-tuning, inference, inference at scale, and large-scale deployment. A hands-on tech guy. The marketing component can be 20–30%, but the core capability should come from a deep understanding of AI infrastructure and modern AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and long-term growth objectives.
- Drive brand positioning and thought leadership in the cloud computing and AI infrastructure ecosystem.
- Build a strong GTM strategy to accelerate adoption across enterprise, startup, and developer communities.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Build scalable pipeline generation engines through digital marketing, partnerships, events, and ecosystem engagement.
- Drive predictable demand generation aligned with revenue targets.
- Lead marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition and market expansion.
Brand & Market Positioning
- Develop and maintain a strong and differentiated brand identity in the cloud and AI infrastructure market.
- Build brand credibility through thought leadership, PR, community engagement, and industry presence.
- Continuously monitor and strengthen brand perception and market positioning.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across:
- Digital marketing
- Content and developer engagement
- Industry events and partnerships
- PR and analyst relations
- Ensure strong alignment between brand messaging, demand generation, and revenue goals.
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, GTM strategies, and marketing investments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Leadership, and Engineering teams.
- Support product launches, GTM execution, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Align marketing initiatives with business priorities and product roadmap.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance excellence.
Budget & Performance Management
- Own and manage the marketing budget with strong ROI accountability.
- Track and optimize pipeline impact, CAC efficiency, and marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B technology, cloud computing, AI, SaaS, or digital infrastructure organizations.
- Proven success in brand building, demand generation, and scaling marketing functions in high-growth technology environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, GPU computing, AI infrastructure, and enterprise technology markets.

- Pipeline generation
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities.
Must-Have Expertise
AI / ML Domain Understanding
- Strong understanding of the AI lifecycle including:
- Model training
- Fine-tuning
- Inference
- Familiarity with MLOps ecosystems and GPU infrastructure.
Cloud Infrastructure Experience
- Minimum 12+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles within:
- Cloud (IaaS / PaaS)
- AI infrastructure
- SaaS platforms
Proven GTM Execution
- Experience launching complex technical products.
- Demonstrated success in scaling Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
Technical Storytelling
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts in AI and high-performance computing into clear, compelling narratives.
