We specialise in connecting clients with high-quality art solutions tailored to transform offices, hotels, and other hospitality venues. We offer flexible rental and purchase options to make it easier to introduce art into spaces and create environments that inspire and engage. Our mission revolves around removing the stress of curating art while ensuring it leaves a meaningful impact on every space.
Role Description
We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Lead to build and own the entire marketing function from scratch. This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for strategy, execution, team building, and growth.
If you prefer structured roles with large budgets, this is not for you. If you enjoy building from zero and figuring things out, you’ll fit right in.
What will you do?
1. End-to-End Marketing Ownership
- Plan and execute complete marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify growth opportunities and scale what works
- Take full responsibility for marketing outcomes
2. Performance Marketing (Meta Focus)
- Run and optimize campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
- Manage targeting, creatives, and performance metrics
- Continuously improve ROI and conversions
3. Social Media & Content
- Manage and grow all social media platforms
- Plan content calendars and oversee execution
- Ensure consistent brand voice and engagement
4. Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers/creators
- Build partnerships through barter, affiliate, or incentive-based models
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns
5. Hiring & Managing Interns
- Hire marketing interns
- Delegate tasks across content, outreach, and research
- Train and manage interns to deliver quality output
6. Experimentation & Growth
- Test new ideas, channels, and campaigns
- Work with limited budgets and maximise impact
- Move fast, learn fast, and iterate
Qualifications
- Expertise in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and formulating impactful marketing strategies
- Strong skills in conducting Market Research and analysing trends to identify growth opportunities
- Experience in crafting strategies to develop the community.
- Familiarity with Meta.
- Familiarity with Public Relations and fostering relations that enhance brand reputation
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proven record of executing creative and data-driven marketing campaigns
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the Art, Music or creative industry is a plus
