Role: Marketing Manager | Founding Team | AI-First
📍 Lucknow (On-site | 5-Day Work Week)

About the Role:
We’re building a new stealth sub-organization at Cedcoss Technologies, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing from the ground up.
This is not a traditional role. You won’t be managing a large team — instead, you’ll work closely with AI tools/agents and an in-house engineering team to run marketing end-to-end.
If you enjoy building from scratch, moving fast, and using AI to scale execution, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Own marketing end-to-end
● Define positioning, messaging, and brand narrative
● Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, content, paid, and lifecycle
Drive growth & demand
● Generate leads, build pipeline, and improve conversions
● Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns
Work AI-first
● Use AI tools/agents to execute marketing workflows
● Create prompts, refine outputs, and improve quality
● Collaborate with the tech team to streamline automation
Launch & scale
● Execute go-to-market strategies and product launches
● Monitor performance and improve post-launch outcomes
What We’re Looking For
● 4–7 years of experience in marketing (SaaS, agency, or digital-first roles)
● Strong hands-on experience in at least two areas: Content, SEO, Paid, Demand Gen, Lifecycle
● Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.)
● Someone who can execute, not just plan
● Comfortable working as an individual contributor with high ownership
Good to Have
● Experience in SaaS or working with agencies
● Exposure to automation workflows or growth experiments
● Curiosity around AI-driven marketing systems
