Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing, based in Aminjikkarai. The Head of Marketing will lead strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives, oversee market research, and manage cross-functional marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing strategies, managing public relations efforts, overseeing market and consumer insights, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth while upholding the company’s brand identity.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with a proven ability to design and execute strategies for driving growth.
- Proficiency in Market Research and data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Strong skills in Sales and alignment of marketing strategies with sales objectives to achieve revenue targets.
- Experience in Public Relations, skilled in managing brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving collaborative success.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in the real estate sector or with high-value asset portfolios is an advantage.
