Role Overview
This role will lead the global marketing strategy for Bahwan CyberTek, driving brand positioning, demand generation, digital marketing, and go-to-market initiatives across key markets. The role will work closely with leadership, sales, product, and partner teams to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen the company’s presence in digital transformation, analytics, and enterprise technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
• Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Build strong brand positioning in digital transformation, analytics, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Lead marketing planning across regions including India, Middle East, and global markets.
Demand Generation & Growth
• Drive demand generation through digital campaigns, events, account-based marketing, and partnerships.
• Work closely with sales teams to build a strong pipeline and improve conversion rates.
• Track marketing ROI and optimize lead generation strategies.
Brand & Thought Leadership
• Strengthen brand awareness through PR, analyst relations, industry events, and thought leadership.
• Develop impactful messaging, positioning, and content strategy.
• Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and media engagements.
Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation.
• Improve customer engagement across the entire buyer journey.
• Use analytics to track marketing effectiveness and customer insights.
Product & Market Positioning
• Work with product teams to define product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Develop value propositions, competitive positioning, and sales enablement assets.
Team Leadership
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across product marketing, digital marketing, branding, and communications.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong experience in enterprise technology marketing and demand generation.
