Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Head of Marketing. The individual will be responsible for leading and overseeing the marketing department's strategic initiatives, developing comprehensive marketing plans, conducting market research, managing public relations activities, and working to drive enrollment and branding goals. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams and stakeholders, implementing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve organizational targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Market Planning and Marketing Management
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research and deriving actionable insights
- Strong skills in Sales and driving business growth
- Expertise in Public Relations, including media relations and brand positioning
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to design and execute data-driven marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
