Job Description: Head of Marketing and Growth

Role Overview
The Head of Growth & Marketing will be responsible for driving the complete marketing function of the company, including online, offline, and performance marketing, with a clear focus on revenue generation and pipeline growth.
This role will own the end-to-end customer acquisition journey — from brand awareness and lead generation to conversion and contribution to sales closures. The individual will be accountable for building a predictable, scalable, and cost-efficient marketing engine aligned with the company’s business goals.
You will work closely with the sales, design, and leadership teams to ensure that marketing efforts translate into high-quality leads, strong site visits, and successful project closures.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research
1. Conduct competitor analysis and market research in the interior design and home decor industry.
2. Identify new growth opportunities in digital/non digital channels and audiences.
Digital Marketing
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
2. Drive lead generation for residential and commercial interior design projects.
3. Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaigns for Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rate, and ROAS (return on ad spend).
4. Build and manage full-funnel marketing strategies to improve customer acquisition.
Campaign Management
1. Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages.
2. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
3. Scale high-performing campaigns while reducing spend on low-performing ones.
4. Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns to increase conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
1. Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
2. Analyze marketing data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
3. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports including CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
4. Ensure accurate conversion tracking and pixel implementation.
Creative & Content Coordination
1. Work closely with the design, content, and video teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
2. Suggest creative strategies and messaging tailored for interior design audiences.
3. Ensure marketing creatives showcase project portfolios, before-after transformations, and customer testimonials.
Landing Pages & Funnel Optimization
1. Collaborate with developers to optimize landing pages for better conversions.
2. Improve lead capture forms, call-to-action strategies, and user experience.
3. Implement and optimize WhatsApp lead funnels and instant lead forms.
Offline marketing
1. Plan and implement campaigns for lead generations across different mediums such as Radio, TV, etc.
2. Marketing events
3. Tap the right PR initiatives, Awards and publication
4. Track campaign performance using various offline tools
5. Analyze marketing data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
6. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports including CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
7. Ensure accurate conversion tracking
CRM & Sales Coordination
1. Ownership and accountability of the overall Marketing and sales function
2. Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and conversions.
3. Optimize campaigns based on lead-to-sale conversion feedback.
4. Maintain proper lead tracking and attribution in CRM systems.
KPIs (not limited to)
1. Multi locational leads as per target-100%
2. Achieve a lead to conversion ratio of at least 50%
3. Number of conversions per month – at least 15
4. Lead quality and accuracy as per target – 80%

Travel: Site travels will be required as and when required. Prefer to have candidate with own 2 wheeler vehicle
Salary range: Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- This amount will be a mix of fixed and variable components. Variable components will be commensurate with the performance.
