Head of Marketing, Communication and Admissions needed in an International School in Ahmedabad.
Immediate joining needed.
Salary upto 30 lpa basis current salary and experience.
Job Purpose:
The Head of Marketing & Admissions will be responsible for strategizing and executing the school’s marketing, branding, and admissions efforts while also contributing to school policy-making, stakeholder communication, and outreach initiatives. The role involves managing digital and offline marketing, enhancing alumni engagement, ensuring a strong presence for the school in India and internationally and traveling as needed for admissions, partnerships, and promotional events.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding
•Lead the school’s overall marketing and branding strategy in alignment with its mission and vision.
•Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the school’s brand presence.
•Ensure brand consistency across all communications, events, and visual materials.
Social Media Management
•Oversee all official social media handles of the school across platforms.
•Ensure timely posting of content in alignment with the communication calendar.
•Track analytics and engagement metrics across platforms to assess performance and audience trends.
Website Management
•Ensure regular updates are carried out on the school website to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with the school’s brand and communication objectives.
•Plan and revise the website layout, visuals, and content structure to keep the interface engaging and user-friendly.
Communication & Public Relations
•Collaborate with leadership teams to formulate policies related to admissions, marketing, and alumni engagement.
•Draft communication for the Head of School for the parent community.
Events Planning Execution
•Plan, coordinate, and execute major school events including Annual Day, Opening and Closing Ceremonies, and other institutional celebrations.
•Lead planning and execution of key school events such as graduation ceremonies, school anniversaries, and marketing fairs.
Admissions Management
•Oversee the complete admissions process — from inquiries to enrollment confirmations.
•Track registration numbers and admissions data, set annual targets, and monitor conversion rates.
Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities
•Develop marketing and admissions strategies that align with institutional goals and growth targets.
Education - Executive MBA in Marketing, Leadership & Strategy
Experience and Skills -
12+ years of experience in marketing, admissions, and policy development within the education sector.
Experience working in international schools with an understanding of global education trends.
Extensive experience in marketing, admissions, and policy making
Strong PR, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in event management, including large-scale school functions.
Proven ability to manage digital marketing and social media campaigns.
Familiarity with IB, IGCSE, and international school environments (preferred).
Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and marketing tools.
Willingness to travel for marketing and admissions activities.
