Hiring: Head of Marketing – Real Estate
Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout
CTC: As per company standards
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Mandatory Requirements
- Must have directly worked in real estate companies (not as a consultant).
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate sector.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of Digital Marketing, CRM systems, and Performance Marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Design and oversee high-performing digital campaigns (PPC, SEO, Social Ads) to deliver qualified leads to the sales team.
- Property Launches: Manage the complete marketing lifecycle for new developments, including naming, visual identity, showroom experiences, and launch events.
- Strategic Brand Leadership: Define and execute the overarching marketing strategy to strengthen brand equity and expand market share.
