Looking for senior manufacturing leaders from the automotive electrical/electronics or wiring harness manufacturing domain with strong experience in:
• Manufacturing Excellence
• Lean / TPM / OEE
• Productivity & Cost Optimization
• Automation & Industry 4.0
• Plant Operations Leadership
• Wiring Harness / Electrical Assembly / Automotive Electronics
• EV / Electrification Manufacturing Exposure
• Large-scale manufacturing transformation initiatives
The role focuses on driving operational excellence, future-ready manufacturing systems, process transformation, and continuous improvement across high-volume automotive manufacturing operations.
Preferred background:
• Tier-1 automotive suppliers
• Wiring harness / automotive electronics manufacturing
• Plant Head / Operations Head / Manufacturing Excellence leadership experience
