• 18–20 years experience
• BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Industry: Steel / Sheet Metal / Automotive
• Strong in vendor management, energy efficiency & ISO/QMS/EMS/5S
• Proven team leadership & OJT training
• Process & system-oriented leader who can build and run processes effectively
• Lead strategic maintenance planning & continuous improvement
• Manage critical utilities (N2, ETP/STP, DM plant, compressors, chillers)
• Drive projects, cost optimization & inventory control
• Ensure compliance, safety & calibration standards
• Monitor KPIs, downtime & performance analytics
