Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Head of Maintenance based on-site in Jaipur. The Head of Maintenance will oversee and implement the maintenance strategy, plan and conduct preventive maintenance, supervise maintenance and repair activities, and ensure the smooth functioning and efficiency of equipment and facilities. The role includes managing the maintenance team, ensuring daily operations run efficiently, and addressing technical challenges in alignment with the company’s standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and general Maintenance practices.
- Experience in Maintenance Management and organizing maintenance schedules effectively.
- Strong skills in Team Management and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, protocols, and compliance within a manufacturing setup.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing settings, especially in the auto components industry, would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
