Role Description
The Head of Maintenance is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of equipment and facility maintenance. The role involves overseeing preventative maintenance schedules, diagnosing equipment failures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency. The incumbent will lead a team, manage vendor relationships, plan budgets for maintenance activities, and drive initiatives to enhance productivity and longevity of machinery.
