Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar for the Head of Maintenance. The role involves overseeing daily maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of machinery and equipment. The Head of Maintenance will be responsible for managing a maintenance team, implementing maintenance protocols, ensuring safety standards, and optimizing equipment performance to minimize downtime and improve productivity. The role will require collaboration with other departments to align maintenance activities with overall organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and overall Maintenance & Repair.
- Demonstrated expertise in Maintenance Management and operational efficiency.
- Strong experience in Maintenance and Team Management with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and best practices in industrial maintenance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues under time constraints.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field) is preferred.
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing sector or similar industries is a strong advantage.
