Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on, go-getter to lead logistics and fulfillment operations end-to-end. This role demands a street-smart and sincere professional with high integrity, who takes complete ownership of warehouse operations, ensures stock accuracy, drives cost savings, and consistently delivers on-time dispatches.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse & Logistics Ownership

• Take complete ownership of warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and dispatch planning

• Ensure real-time visibility and accountability of inventory at all times

• Manage transporters, vendors, and logistics partners with a focus on timelines, efficiency, and cost savings

• Proactively identify leakages and implement cost-control measures

 

2. Fulfilment & Dispatch Excellence

• Drive timely & error-free order processing, packing, and dispatch

• Ensure all client commitments are met without delays

• Coordinate closely with production for seamless flow from printing to dispatch

• Maintain a clean, organized, and disciplined warehouse environment

 

3. Team Leadership & Execution

• Lead from the front with sincerity, integrity, and strong ownership

• Drive accountability, urgency, and execution discipline within the team

• Conduct daily reviews and ensure plans are followed without deviation

• Collaborate across teams to avoid last-minute issues

 

4. Process & Continuous Improvement

• Implement practical, on-ground solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Strengthen systems (ERP/WMS) for better tracking and control

• Continuously identify gaps and resolve them proactively

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Stock Accuracy: ≥100% inventory accuracy across all warehouses

• On-Time Dispatch: ≥ 95% orders dispatched as per committed timelines

• Order Accuracy: ≥ 99% error-free picking, packing, and dispatch

• Inventory Turnaround: Optimized stock movement with minimal dead/slow-moving inventory

• Cost Efficiency: Measurable reduction in logistics and warehousing costs (YoY / per unit basis)

• Warehouse Discipline: High standards of cleanliness, organization, and audit readiness at all times

• Reporting & Visibility: Daily MIS with complete visibility on stock, dispatch, and 3-day planning

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8 to10 years of experience in logistics/warehouse/fulfillment (printing/manufacturing preferred)

• Strong expertise in inventory control, dispatch planning, and warehouse management

• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems

• High level of integrity, sincerity, and ownership mindset

• Street-smart, solution-oriented, and execution-focused

• Strong leadership, vendor management, and cost-control skills

• Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver results
